Why "no login" actually matters
- Your Instagram credentials stay yours. Any tool asking you to sign in with Instagram is asking for access to your account. ClipStash never does, because it doesn't need to.
- Nothing to uninstall later. No app sitting on your phone using storage or running in the background.
- No account to get hacked or spammed. We don't create one, so there's no password or email to leak.

How to download a carousel — three steps
- In Instagram, open the carousel post, tap the three dots (•••), and choose Copy link.
- Go to clipstash.app/carousel and paste the link.
- Press Download — every slide comes back with its own button, at full original quality.
What you can save without logging in
Everything public: carousels, videos, reels, photos, stories, and IGTV. Each content type has its own page, and none of them ask you to sign in.
The one thing login-free means you can't do
Private accounts stay private. Because ClipStash doesn't log in as you, it can only reach content that's publicly visible — which is exactly how it should work. If a post is private, no tool should be able to grab it.
Save content for personal use and get the creator's permission before reposting. Downloading doesn't transfer any rights.
