Whether you're on an iPhone or an Android, you can save an Instagram video to your phone without installing anything. ClipStash is a website that works in your phone's browser — here's how it works on both.
The quick version (any phone)
- In the Instagram app, tap the share arrow on the video and choose “Copy link.”
- Open your browser and go to clipstash.app.
- Paste the link and tap Download.
On iPhone
The video saves to your Files app. To add it to your Camera Roll, open the file, tap Share → Save Video. Safari and Chrome both work.
On Android
The video drops into your Downloads folder and usually shows up in your Gallery automatically. Chrome, Samsung Internet, and Firefox all work.
What about quality?
