These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClipStash ("the Service") at clipstash.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
ClipStash lets you download publicly available Instagram media — videos, reels, photos, stories, IGTV clips, and carousels — to your own device. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use ClipStash only for lawful, personal purposes. Specifically, you agree that:
- You will only download content you have the right to save, such as your own content or public content for personal use.
- You will not re-upload, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content you do not own or have permission to use.
- You will not use the Service to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- You will not attempt to access private accounts or content that is not publicly available.
- You will not abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
Responsibility for how downloaded content is used rests entirely with you, not with ClipStash.
3. Intellectual property
ClipStash does not claim ownership of any Instagram content and does not host or store a library of media on its servers — each file is fetched fresh from Instagram at the moment you request it. All content remains the property of its respective owners. ClipStash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every link will download successfully, as the Service depends on Instagram's platform, which may change at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipStash and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any legal consequences that result from how you use downloaded content.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
